Join us for a vibrant, hands-on Açaí Bowl Workshop with Blessed Bowls, where children are invited to explore food, creativity, and wellbeing in a fun and interactive environment.
Guided by the passionate team from Blessed Bowls, participants will learn how to build their very own Original açaí bowl from scratch, selecting from a range of fresh fruits, toppings, and textures. Along the way, children will discover the nutritional benefits of ingredients, including the role of fruits, natural sugars, and whole foods in supporting energy, growth, and overall health.
This workshop goes beyond simple food preparation. It encourages children to:
Make independent choices about flavours and combinations
Engage their senses through colour, texture, and taste
Develop fine motor skills while assembling their bowls
Build confidence and creativity through self-expression
The experience fosters a strong connection between healthy eating and enjoyment, helping children see nutritious food as exciting and accessible. It also creates a social, collaborative atmosphere where participants can share ideas, learn from others, and celebrate their creations together.
By the end of the session, each child will have not only created a delicious açaí bowl, but also gained a deeper appreciation for balanced nutrition, mindful eating, and creative exploration in everyday life.
Runs from 11:00am – 11:20am | 11:40am – 12:00pm | 12:20pm – 12:40pm
